CS 243: UNIX System Programming
- This class is currently required for the UNIX certificate.
- It will cover C programming in the UNIX environment.
- This class was offered for the first time in the Spring 2003 semester,
taught by Glen Harding. It was hoped to offer this class periodically
but it has not been offered since. I have not heard when it will be
offered again.

Study of UNIX Systems Programming. UBIX C libraries, development tools, spawning processes, inter-process communication, programming with sockets. Completion of Computer Science 141 or equivalent is recommended.
