I have extended the deadline for homeworks 10,12, and 13 to Thursday 12/13/2007. I will be giving a Final in room A-215 and you may turn in these homeworks to be graded from 7 PM to 8:30 PM. (posted Dec 10, 2007)

In the homework and quizzes on Chapter 8, regular expressions, I have removed "Acme-" as one of the choices. This choice was more difficult than I realized since each line read from the file still is followed by the newline terminator and that newline will match \W and/or \D. Some questions did not have the correct answer key for this choice. That has now been resolved since the choice has been removed. (posted Dec 10, 2007)

Starting Monday November 12, 2007 at 07:00 AM until 2:00 PM we will be performing planned maintenance to enhance our [college] network. All network access (Microsoft Outlook, Intranet, H:\Drive, remote access, district web services) will not be available during this time period. Normal access will resume after 2:00 PM.
