 Select crop tool (scalpel)
  remove most of the sky and snow.
   keep both buildings.

 Zoom 400%
 find the small cabin
  hand drawn image tool (loop of string with one knot)
   outline area to change color
    Layer
     Colors
      Colorize 
       change the color of the small cabin
        make sure that the relative texture is preserved.
      
Note: ^Z to undo if you make a mistake

 Select the text tool (T)
  Add text
   font and size

Save AS ...
