   Select crop tool (scalpel)
    remove most of the sky and snow.
     keep both buildings.
      click the crop button
       (Edit -> undo if you make a mistake)

Zoom 200 to 400%
 find the small cabin
  hand drawn image tool (loop of string with one knot)
   drag the tool around the outline of the area to change color
    make sure area is closed and border moves
     (if border does not move constantly, rest won't work)
    Layer
     Colors
      Colorize 
       move sliders to 
       change the color of the small cabin
        make sure that the relative texture is preserved.
      
Note: ^Z to undo if you make a mistake

 Select the text tool (T)
  Add text
   adj font and size

Save AS ...
